How It Works

Catered Dinner Service

Catered dinner includes entree, starch, vegetable, mixed green salad, and assorted bread. Formal setup to include stemware, china, flatware, floor-length linens, napkins, service staff, toast pouring (no corkage fee), cake service (no cake cutting fee).

Hors D’oeuvres + Wedding Cake

Clients may choose either tray-passed hors d'oeuvres, a farm table cascade of hors d'oeuvres, or a wedding cake.

Customized Fresh Floral Design for Ceremony

Clients may select their own design and theme. The package includes (5) bouquets, (5) boutonnieres, and custom floral design for their ceremony and reception.

The Grand Ballroom Reception

A/C and heat, fireplace, deck, antique bar with bar equipment, white Chiavari chairs, 72” round tables, digital projector, surround sound, wireless microphones, dance lighting, and ADA compliant restrooms.

DJ Services

DJ and emcee services for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception provided.

Outdoor Ceremony with Customized Decor and Furniture

White garden chairs, wedding ceremony decor, set up and tear down, (1) hour wedding rehearsal.

Event Staff

Wedding coordinator, event set up and tear down, floral designers and decorators, parking attendants, golf cart transportation, on-site parking, ADA compliant parking.

Outdoor Lighting Package

30-ft tall icicle lights, firefly lights, tree lanterns with fairy lights, Tiffany-style floral pathway lighting, uplighting in trees, and cafe lights.

Bridal Suite

(3) hairdressing stations, (3) make-up stations, private restroom, A/C and heating, ceiling fans, living area with entertainment center, 50” LCD TV with surround sound, mini-fridge, outdoor courtyard with fountain.

Groom’s Lounge

Living area with TV entertainment system, seating for 14, A/C and heating, pool table, outdoor patio, and mini-fridge
